Martha Berzon
I never really knew Carrie very well, although I felt as I did because Marybeth and I have been friends for 25 years. I probably saw Carrie more in the last few months of her life than during any other time. What always struck me most about Carrie was her infectious smile and her incredible poise. She had an air of self-confidence and comfort about her. She had a bounce in her step and a twinkle in her eye. She clearly felt fortunate to be loved by all those around her, especially her wonderful family and friends. I am lucky to have known her.
